Making new friends on the "Ultimate Frontier"

Well, during my two months off from the game, I had time to think about this crazy stuff...and one thing I wanted to work on was well...me. I was taking myself waaaaay to seriously, and there is no need to abuse furniture, scare the dog, break a mouse over the fact that I got a cyber ship sunk. So, it was time to take a step back, and not just play Randoms. 

Off to the mission of the week, Ultimate Frontier....I've been hitting it pretty hard since I came back, and it does help that I can play ships that I like, eg: Shiny Horse, and Hotlanta. 

So time to deal with the bots, both friendly and not. So inspired by this thread: 

 

I did what I could to help our bot do his best: Enter my new friend Kato in his Aoba

 

It was not very fair for the game to send him to take on two other CLs by himself. Good thing he has a friend with a battlecruiser... 

 

We had a good game, but only 4 stars this time...  

 

I think he has shown his true metal in combat, and should be promoted to Captain, and given a Fuso. Bravo Zulu!

To be honest, he does better than some "real people" in that mission... I wish I could lend him my Myoko..

I think that Aoba was put in just to be a distraction. Funny thing is I've seen it single handedly take out both the Omaha and Atlanta. One recent match that Aoba was still alive at the end. Somehow ended up parked in the repair circle blasting away.

Huh... I've seen him last almost to the end, but only after myself, or another BB went and helped him... I am kind of impressed that the AI knows to make for the repair circle...

 I dont think the ai was going for the repair circle. Im guessing it was dodging incoming fire and just ended up there. What I do know is myself in the Gwagon and another bb were going at it with the last three bots. The bot NC suddenly switched targets from me to something behind me... the Aoba parked right in the repair circle. Little green bot was ripping into the last Pcola... I didnt complain. :)
