Signature images with WoWS insignia

I've noticed some people posting with images in their signature that have WoWS insignia in them. Does that indicate some sort of official association? They look standardized. How does one get one?

Why would you. He did a far better job on mine than I ever could do, but hey I am not artsy and thus need the help. thanks for being bigoted against those of us who's skills lie in other areas.

It practically is my own. I requested the Portland Class and am the only one so far that uses it.

I not saying I have skills in this area just saying put a little effort in to it and you never know what you may come up with.  My normal [edited] sig would be a quote and that be it. I still condemn it but you are still free to use whatever you want. Not too much originality when someone else does it for you.

Because you  are "Condemning" me for using a Sig created by someone else. That is like "condemning" someone for decorating their house with paintings that someone else painted...

Your not a bad person for prefering custom made signatures, but to condemn is a very strong word. Your basically saying that its bad to use signatures made by someone else and it shouldnt be done. Despite the fact that many of us requested these signatures because we thought they were great and RiverOtter has put alot of effort into finding pictures of the ships people request and making them work.

I actually think that it's paying respect to the artist to order some signatures from him.  I've made my own signatures, but I'm wearing River's to show appreciation to the work he's doing for the community.

hey Crash_Tailspin (NA Flight Coordinator) made mine on WoWp.  He made abunch of em and they were awsome.  People do it for fun and enjoy it Madogthefirst.  Let river have his fun.  Heck I just ordered one 2 hrs ago and look forward to it.  Besides not everyone has the ability/tools or time to make sigs of decent quality,

When i have some more free time i may whip up a few with a custom font and give them out to people, if you want i can send you a pm if you still need one when i finish.

 

And most often when i say this i cant stop thinking about it and then instead of taking my time and making them when i have time over the course of a week most likely by the end of the day i will have them done and be like ...  :Smile_sceptic:  what have i done with my day! lol
