We’ve recently started an email campaign aimed at bringing some of our old players back into the game or increase their activity. Unfortunately, not everything has gone as planned and we’re very sorry if you’ve not yet received your gift items yet.

An early test version of the campaign email was mistakenly sent out instead of the one intended for release. Because of that, instead of the Premium Account time indicated in the message, you will receive a big bundle of signals that grant the same bonuses. We’re sorry about that and hope you’ll forgive us this misinformation.

Please rest assured that we are working hard on fixing the issue and on bringing these items to your port ASAP. We’re aiming to have them delivered to players who received a “welcome back” email from us within the next 24 hours.

In the meantime, we hope you enjoy the gift boxes from Santa, the New Year campaigns and all the other exciting content released with the latest update.
