Why do players in tier 10 act like they have learned nothing for thousands of effing games.

Some don't.  Some may be "casuals" who don't give a you know what, though I'm not entirely sure how many casuals play tier 10's.

i play tier 10 more than I should, I love it. I see many posts involving Why do BB's Snipe? Why do BB's hide in the back? Why do BB's shoot long range? Why are BB's so dumb when it comes to playing?

First thought that comes to mind is...... BB's are slow and have great range and some have great dispersion. Large turning circles slow rudders. Most BB's have to plot their course where they think the battle will take place. A charging DD with CA/CL  support can change the direction of multiple BB's in a few smart placed torps and cannon fire. Now those BB's are out of intended position,while their support is running to the other side of the map. the BB' can no longer support the CA/CL because he has to concentrate on the attacking DD and CA/CL's alone. Taking his ship out from the battle he Had support till he didn't. This is common and happens more often than not. When a team plays well and doesn't lose its eyes "DD" they stick together and fight as a unit. The unit is your team, even the BB's {despised by all} First to be left behind. Tanking shots for the team takes a free look around to see his Glorious team running for cover not firing at the enemy. A full health hindy turning to the nearest island not shooting, A limping DD fleeing in his smoke from a enemy Donskoi's rain of fire. leaving his own  behind to die. And questions like

I am 35% win in tier 10 and literally never been lower than second on my team in exp.  if this is the pinnacle of this game.  I will be leaving shortly lol.

The true pinnacle of tier ten is Clan Battles. A true team effort in every aspect of the meaning of Teamwork.

What ship are you playing at T10?  Sounds like you are playing a cruiser that sits and farms.  If so. yeah.  please leave asap.   You are the problem.

I see you edited your original post....   But the question is still the same.  What are you doing wrong?  I am no great player, but I play T10 almost exclusively and do far better win rate than 35%.   If you are consistent top Xp and always losing...  well you aren't helping your team.  You are obviously getting the damage.  You are obviously watching them lose.  Go up there and help them.

My tier 10 win rate is under 40%. Overall over 55%.  How am I 60% win in fUxing Izumo and 36% in Yamato.  Makes no sense.

@LastSamurai714  Why did you go back and change your original post?  You do realize I already quoted you on it.  I have it captured for all to se.   If you aren't going to stand by your original statement, then why make it?   Don't start a topic, and then change your mind when you get called out.

That is odd since the Iz is crapand the Yam is a huge step up.    How many games?  I have had some bad runs where I went 8 or 9 losses in a row in the GK.   I have had some good runs where I went 8-10 wins in a row in the GK.

Ok.  Here is the deal with Yam.  Girl has squishy sides.  You CANNOT get sideways to people.   She does have some bad [edited]bow armor.  So keep that bow pointed in.  Yammy can brawl..  In fact she is the only ship that rocks some AP secondary guns.  IF someone tells you Yam can't tank. They can toss off, because she can...and well.   You just have to do her right.  Yammy specialty is her range.  Not sure how you have yours spec;ed,  but that girl has laser guns that will shoot a looooong way.  

 

I really don't mean to be disrespectful, but honestly.  When you say that you are a consistent top XP earner and have a sub 40% win rate...   That just screams damage farmer that isn't helping a team.  You just have to look in a mirror on that one man.  No one can help you there except to say you need to back your boys a little better...  Get it?

Apparently you don't.  But the upside is I think you know what I am feeding down to you....  It is up to you now how you want to play it out.   Your choice..  But you can't complain if you make the wrong one.

Yamato can eat a few torps if it means killing some DDs. You haven't said exactly what the problem is. In general the problem at T 10 is playing too passive so people are assuming that.
