What am I doing wrong purchasing crates?

On a phone- want to by some stuff. Working on google chrome. 

 

Tells us me to choose a method of payment and I select PayPal for example and it just says no fee. Credit card- says no fee. 

 

Okay great- no fee... but no crate either. What am I missing?

Sent a few as gifts no problem 45 min ago but tried again after seeing this post and also got error so maybe something with Wargamming

Wait till you can use a PC or try a different browser on the phone (like FF).  In testing for my work as a QA Tester mobile devices and browsers can act very strangely at times.
