Anyone not getting santa crates?

Yep. Checked with bank. I think you as re not supposed to be able to buy the special twice that's why it didn't go thru.

You should try calling your CC company - purchasing something for the exact same amount on a website in a short time window is often a fraud trigger for financial institutions and your card may be locked ( why your 1st transaction worked but your second didn’t).  Also, tho the charge is for WG NA, WG is a Russian company Hq’d in Cyprus for tax/legal reasons and the CC processor they use often triggers fraud locks on CCs.  I purchased boxes for myself and my Clan today and the inevitable fraud lock occurred & I had to call my CC company.

If by “went thru”, you mean you received a success message after the purchase, check w/ your CC company - I received a success message, but the 2nd transaction had actually been blocked despite the website indication.   Luckily, I discovered the lock because I needed to make another purchase & the next transaction won’t go thru at the sale point.

 Thought you meant is nobody really that bothered with them - that would be me. Personally there is probably one ship I would be interested in getting and another 30+ I have no interest in so I figure if I'm lucky enough, I'll save my money and  just win it in a normal container drop one day.

I do have some friends that I may buy a Santa Box for though, think it will be a nice surprise and if it's free I guess most won't care what they get.

Yeah just had it eat a 5X box of Big Santa Crates. I had purchased 3 prior and did not have any issues. My bank shows that I was billed four times . Ticket submitted as it has been about 45 minutes.

My friend bought and tried gifted me two Santa Crates last night (Christmas Eve) and yet as of today (Christmas Day) I still have not received them. Submitted a ticket and have been posting in forums. This is a pretty bad issue since he was charged with no return.

For receiving "Gifted" crates - 1st: check email. 2nd: It will provide you with this link: https://na.wargaming.net/shop/gifts/

WG certainly could've been clearer with how to get "Gifts". On the Legion page having the above ^ link with a brief description/instruction would've been wise. It's counter intuitive to go to email to get something from someone else, when what you purchase for yourself shows up directly into one's port.
