Loading stuck for a long time

Started loading update early AM - went on for almost two hours till it got stuck. Rebooted twice. Left for an errand and came back. Still stuck at 0% 3 hours after that. What to do I wonder.

Maybe if you clear your entire updates folder and start the update again...

If it doesn't work and wastes an hour of your life I said nothing.

I'll try. Never have an issue. Who knows?

An extra hour at this point is no big deal.

[Later Update]. This put the progress bar at zero but in the same stage (so it knows what has been downloaded before). Loading is still stuck as before. No go.

Gave up. Fully uninstalled.

Reinstalling from scratch. Most of the day wasted.
