Yep, patch is rolling out from 0200PT to 0400PT. It's on the main load page for the game centre - in red.

 

Got to thank WG for this, as previously the info was not shown on the Game Centre front page - I had mentioned that this info would be helpful 'up front'. Thank you.

You really need to visit the forums and the primary, NA website worldofwarships.com more often... they're decent reads and will keep you up-to-date on events like today. YouTube as well, where you can listen/watch Dasha tell us all about what's happening.
