One is battle emblems. You need to be with a ship in the top 3 in random battles 15/25/50/100 times to get the decoration. The Haifuri part is full of pictures of characters. You may just go to the sea group page. Warning: if you hate anime you shouldn’t follow this advice. There are 3 new non Haifuri flags but because the translation into English is always crap I have no idea what they are for. I‘m on my mobile so I cannot upload them. Maybe someone can take a look and gives an idea. The second one reminds me of something but the quality of the mobile version is bad. I certainly hope this is the case, as having such a means of displaying one's prowess with their given ships would be an incentive to "git gud" so to speak. It's probably not in a row, but perhaps it could be the starting point for WoT's mastery badge system?
