Because every image in the pre-vote display is labeled with "VI". You select one, look at the number in the picture, go to vote, and you enter 6. Well, that was the number, right? Wrong. The number for voting is above the image. I meant to vote for 4 and entered 6. So will enough others to swing the vote. Make book on it. BTW, I realize that this one is probably impractical, but I just love the trompe d'oeil effect of the false outline.
