I wouldn't say the whole line is garbage. I started them at the Gadjah Mada with my 17p Anshan Captain and this T7 DD is a fun little monster. The guns alone are worth the grind, as those two 360 turrets make chasing and dodging shells while attacking almost broken. Now I skipped the T8 PADD cause I don't play the Benson C hull and I fought a few while in the Gadjah and wasn't impressed. But the ChungMu is a lot of fun, well its fun after you get the better torps and it gets better with the B Hull. I also have a 12p captain in her, thanks Elite Captain Exp, so that might effect how she plays.
