I think as a punishment at such an obvious high tier traitorous act, his khab should be pulled and he should be limited to play nothing beyond tier 3 for the total of 10 days. That would be 1 day for each torpedo that hit your ship, whether it caused damage or not.

Playing T10s on North. Winning the game. Dead enemy player offers 500 gold for a destroyer to sink their div mate. Scrub div mate accepts. I take 10 Khab torps in the back. Team still wins. Made post on the forums for the LoLzs. Waiting on the profit.
