Hard fought wins and a couple of tough losses.  Had a lot worse.   I really wanted to do some Ships and watch my Chargers kick the snot out of the Chiefs tonight.   Have to put on a suit and go to an Xmas party instead.  Dilly Dilly..

I was doing very well until I went back in after dinner (sorry honey, I don't want to watch the Hallmark channel with you & your sister) and lost four in a row...  Figured that was enough for today.  There's always tomorrows crates to be earned.

Good luck to the Chargers even though I can't be a fan anymore because they're in LA now.

Bad weekend for me can hardly win 1 game the rest were all losses i don't even know why i even bother playing on saturdays or sundays.

Trying hard not to care about my WR as it sinks further into the deep.  Oh well.  Ship happens.

Is a rough start for me, but i've also been making a lot of mistakes. Like painting a target on myself for the enemy to shoot in the Nurnburg and taking it upon myself to knife fight with a DD in a BB because reasons.

I had a really good game in my Fletcher today. I'm not a good enough player for that to occur so frequently that I've become "ho hum" about it. Therefore, I'll post a screenshot here.

this weekland start terrible for me... 5 matches, 2 wins, the worse part was a total potato teams (snipe cvs, people rushing middle...) i'm stoping playing util tomorow.

The weekend aint over yet folks! However, this weekend, so far, has been a LOT better than last weekend. More wins and lots fewer steamrolls.

Pretty bad for me, just got the Fletcher and its sitting at a 30% win rate. Cant really help my team when they melt away the first 5 minutes. 

Edit: Its strange because when I had the  Benson it seemed to have great teams then once I switched to the Fletcher its became a cursed ship.

Cursed ships... Des Moine and Hindy. OMG. Last night I could have loaded in, yolo'd, and still topped most of my teams in XP. Today, 4 consecutive 5 star wins in the Scenario, including one where my inability to grasp CV play was on full display. (luckily I understand KEEPING THE DD SPOTTED!!!!)  8-1 playing DD's and BB's in Randoms

Relative good weekend for me with 6/7 wins with the only loss coming from a tier l battle since i wanted to try out the Pan-Asia DD.

Very hit or miss.   Which is to be expected when there is/are missions going on that require kills, damage, or xp- everyone is farming, and match quality usually suffers.

  As do tempers.

  Then there was the diabolicaly evil "personal mission"  that culminates in a very specific requirement:  in one game, win; get one kill, and do 50k in damage - with your main battery.  

  On the surface it seems simple- Do something we've all done countless times before.   But when you're TRYING to do it...  and combine it with weekend crowds, and the other combat missions going on, and you have a recipe for extreme frustration.   It took forever to do, for one reason or another I'd get two of those conditions, but not three.   And the more this eluded me, the more frustrated I got.

  This culminated in one match where a Nor-Cal followed me around all match, basically using me as a bird dog.   4 times in a row,  I'd start shooting at something, grind it down to next to nothing health- and he'd snipe the kill.    It was the straw that broke the camel's back.  I did something I'd never done before- nor wanted to.  I sent the guy a message post game- basically saying gee- thanks dude...   I didn't cuss or insult him, but still, sending people WT EFF, over?? messages just isn't my style.

  Then I rage quit the game for a few hours.

  I ended up finishing it late yesterday evening, after screw-it-itis had set in.   I played a bunch of games in Igor,  using pretty much just AP.   Resulting in getting a ridiculous number of citadels, and lightening my mood considerably.   Then one final match in Alabama- and the goodies were mine!    ( I got 2 lots of 5k free xp out of my 2 gift containers.)

  The sad part is, overall I did pretty well- earning quite a pile of xp on my grinders, and leveling up Algerie's captain, to boot.   It was just that stupid mission that had me pissed off most of the time.   Being goal oriented can be really irritating at times, lol.    But all three combat missions are now done, and I can go back to playing whatever I want, in whatever fashion suits.
