Just finished the Shipsmas Missions and I think it's pretty cool.  Love the flag and the 15x Stormwind Camo (one of the prettiest in game...thank you Leroy).

I did these in combo with my Graf Spee and HSF GS w/ a 3 pt KM Cpt to get the boost in the Spee Returns Mission.  Final crates are very generous. Thanks WG!

That third stage is tough, more like what you would expect for a Super Container. Win, 50k damage, and sink a ship, this is one of those that you just put out of your mind and play, if it happens it happens.

Just bring a BB to co op, pretty easy to do if you just want to get the boxes. Of which:

I did that last night.   Sitting in the AZ, and my team is melting the bots pretty well.  I'm on about 30k, and one red BB left.    So I rammed him.    Am I the boss or what???  Got my kill, and sitting at 70k damage.

Wha????   No completion notice??

Whups - 50k of gun damage.   LOL!!!

Jumped over to Random in the AZ and took care of it.

Too bad that third stage doesn't count CV's, I just got a 68K win with a kill in my Zuiho.

You still need to have it be a win and getting all three requirements to line up can be dicey. I ended up taking my Missouri out in co-op and hammered a Tirpitz into dust.

It is a combat mission and if you can't see it you already finished it. Only the third stage was at all hard needing you to combine a win with 50K damage from the main guns, and a kill and to do that you just have to play normal and it will come.

Did mine in Graf Spee with a 3pt Cpt. no flags but i did have the DC consumable

I have a reprint of that WWI USN recruiting poster and will buy an original (closet art/poster collector) should the opportunity arise.

My Grandfather ran away from home and joined the Navy in 1915, he was 16 years old.  He was a Gunners Mate on a USN destroyer attached to the British Grand Fleet.  

This picture reminds me of the Columbus, Ohio kid in his prime.  He told me that from 1915 to 1919 he was wet and cold almost all the time.  I love him still.

I got 250 doubloons and 5000 free XP. I used the doubloons plus a few I had leftover from a previous event to purchase a port slot.
