Reward is the tier 7 premium Battleship Duke of York.  I do not know if the start date has been released.

It’s a 10 point captain. Since ASIA and EU usually get their patches at a Thursday and the events are now shared it could be that the campaign may start at the 21st and not at the 20th next week.
