-Dispersion vs. +Range ship upgrades question

Anyone know the specifics on how much dispersion is lost when using a +range upgrade?

For example, a Yamato with the -7% dispersion upgrade AND the + main gun range upgrade would end up with 30km range and... how much dispersion? Does the range upgrade's increased dispersion null out the -7% reduction of the other upgrade? Or does the ship still get a partial benefit on the -dispersion (if so, how much %)?

The dispersion at the same range is unaffected. The only reason you see an increase is because at the new max range the dispersion is more than the previous max range. It's a linear progression.

I wonder if anyone has a chart that compares dispersion for all ships at one specific range. For example all ships at 10km.

The actual dispersion percentage at any range remains the same because it is a percentage based on distance to target.  If the distance to target increases, then the physical dispersion also increases by the same percentage amount.
