Okay, here's a topic/survey question:

Why is WG's Support/Customer Service section such utter freaking, frigging, #*%$ing, effing.....

Ever try pointing out a glitch to these "people"?  "We don't believe you!  You're a LIAR!  Send us a replay!"  So you jump through their hoops, find the replay file they're demanding (file size set by WG), try to attach it to the ticket message, and get the freaking error message that the file size (again, set by WG) exceeds their file size limits (ALSO set by WG)!  Why have they deliberately made this so USER-UNFRIENDLY??????????  More than just a little user-unfriendly, IT'S BLOODY FRIGGING IMPOSSIBLE!!!   Tried to compress the file; more error messages.  wth does their CS Department do all day?  Laugh about how many of our issues they blocked from getting anywhere?   SHEEEEEEESH!

They don't believe you and want a replay because human beings are notoriously terrible observers... and if you're having a problem attaching a replay file to a support ticket, that is a 100% PEBKAC issue, so yeah you should probably over react and come in here acting like you're being victimized. Good luck with that. Don't bltch too loud if this thread gets locked. I would lock it if I were a mod. This isn't the place, and if you're this ranty and irrational about things, this isn't the right time either.

If what say is true  it is poor customer service. 

 

Proper way would be to form them to look into trouble shooting chart.  If it's not on the troubleshooting chart get as much info from you to start diagnosing email it to techs and inform you that technical department will be notified of your concern and will find a solution and get back with you.
