The mod packs allow one to turn on play capture (replays).  IIRC this is done by changing a flag in preferences.xml.

Is good, but it doesn't capture the results screens.  How can that be done?

Well, yeah.  I can screen capture them, but I want to append to the video that can be produced from the replay file.  Do I have to get into video capture and editing for that?

That's the ONLY way to do this right now. There's no way to take a replay file and generate the results screens :/

Thanks.

Not that I would really want anyone to see my results...

Easiest way to keep them together would be to upload the file to the WOWS replays web page, then add in the screenshots to that.  (https://replayswows.com/  The only other way would be to play the replay, capture the replay with a recording software, then edit that video file to have the screenshots play in a slide show at the end.
