Is there a way to see what ships are available for doubloons in the tech tree from outside the game?

As best I can tell, the only way to find which ships you can buy in the tech tree is via the game itself.

Is this available outside the game itself somewhere? Is there a method to how and when ships are included in the tech tree?

Typically the ships in the tech tree are the same ships in the premium store. Well, except for the premiums marked as special.

LWM keeps a fairly up to date guide that usually lists which ships are available.

There is a hack mod called aslian. I believe it has option to show all premium ships in tech tree.

Aslains mod pack is not a hack. The mod you are referring to is the extended tech tree mod, which is very useful to help see an upcoming ship and it's strength and weaknesses. Andit is perfectly legal, all of the mods on Aslains is legal, he checks up on it quite regularly. Don't confuse a mod with a hack, they are two different things.

But there are a few "hacks" inside it that can pinpoint target ships firing inside smoke, So the whole modpack is a hack tool until the specific hack tool is removed. Browse this forum and you will find people abusing the hacks for their advantage.

Uh, there is nothing like that in the modpack. Those people just follow the tracers from the guns and have a spotter up or are just lucky. Nothing in Aslains modpack is a hack, you can't hack the game. World of Warships is server based, if someonewas hacking everyone would know about it because everyone could do it. So don't accuse people who are skilled or understand the game mechanics better than you of hacking, they aren't this game can't be hacked like that. Also show me some proof of your 'hacks' I'm sure @RivertheRoyal or @Lord_Zath would be happy to explain what was actually occurring during your so-called hacking instances.

If everything was so legit why there was a 7 day ban in the first place? At first it's a mod, then it converts into a hack. And not everyone is dumb enough to post in public forum how they abuse the mods for their advantage. Why would I accuse any player in here. Some players publicly posted how to use the spotter method which they wouldn't be able to do without aslain hack mod. Even one requested WG not to ban it. He knew it is a fishy tool.

If a certain mod gives you an advantage over other players then definitely it comes under "hack" category. Doesn't matter how skilled the player or the mod developer is.

Shows you how much you were paying attention. A. That was ReShade not Aslains, and B. Wargaming admitted it was a mistake on their part, their bot system overacted and the bans were removed. Again, mods are not hacks, nor can they be abused to become a hack otherwise they would have been removed. Try again.

reshade or aslian or whatever. Read what I posted above. People publicly stated in here that they use the aslian's hack tool to target ships inside smoke. What do you call it other than abuse? "Fair use"? If they were good enough, they would shoot the ships inside smoke without any hack tool installed. But no, they are players who look for every chance to use any mod or cheat that gives them an advantage. They know it's a fishy mod and they admit it. Practically an aimbot.

ReShade makes things look prettier.  Not sure how that's going to help me nail an enemy in smoke.

What DOES help me nail an enemy in smoke is launching a scout plane, then observing the shells from RNCL or whatever else that's in the smoke.  Are the shells moving at all?  If not, I aim for directly between the shells and FIRE!  If they are moving, I either adjust aim and FIRE or wait and FIRE.  Either way, I've gotten pretty good at doing it.

The 7 day ban was because ReShade injects itself into the program as it runs in RAM, thus triggering as a positive by WG's anti-cheating detection tool.  There's no way for WG to differentiate between ReShade or an aimbot, and therefore it's considered a bannable mod.
