You just need a CV player who can button press, no destroyers, people who don't die stupidly, and it's pretty easy.

Last match the CV player announced this was his first time in a CV......he lasted 3 minutes...

My problem is, I'm not the greatest player by any means... I tunnel-vision pretty hard, but area control is what I know best for battleships, and the Magnu-S is a Tirpitz... and I mainline German battleships, so you'd think I'd be right at home here.

 

I'm not Flamu, so I can't salvage a 50 vs 1 situation and win. I'm just in need of a half-alive team that doesn't include newbies playing tier 8 ships when they can't even reasonably manage their own tier 4s. :S

I got a 4 star with just pubbies, then a 5 star with my clan mates (after 2 four star attempts where we couldn't kill the gordon and another where we left let the second tower die)

Don't tunnel vision too much in this scenario because the enemy ships will ram you. I have played it three times (got 3-stars once, failed twice) and have gotten rammed twice. I may start flying a rammin flag, not so much to cause damage as to absorb it.

If you play as the Magnu-S you have an invulnerability power that lets you openly and actively ram things... Of which that power is insanely useful in general. >.>;

At least when I try it won't be my first battle in a Lex, and certainly not my first CV battle... Who knows beyond that though; best I could get was three-stars helping some friend in a division; and four stars alone using Jackal; which included 150k ramming and flooding on Rasputin ftw, with Trans down to about 2-3% health.

I just can't keep my 5 eyes all around enough and my DPM is horrific in the Magnus - just horrific. Never had enough time to even know if the CV player incapacitated the enemy ships.
