I can see this thread being locked soon, most likely because users can't have a nice proper discussion about the matter or have some kind of political bias.
I'll take this report with a grain of salt until it can be confirmed as legitimate documentation, but it would be a pretty interesting story if true.
If he didn't die in Berlin, and took care of his health, he could have lived into the 1970s-1980s

No he doesn't, even if he were alive today he'd be 128 years old... which I find far more unlikely than him escaping Berlin

If...I am thinking of the series you are talking about, it was a joke, all supposition without any real fact. Tromping all over South America...with a lot of 'they could haves and would haves' but nothing really pointed to who did or did not.

There has been another show about people that are alive today with the last name of 'Hitler', not necessarily related to the 'Hitler', but its about the crap that they go through and put up with because of their last name. Kinda sad really. Just tossing it out there for added comment to the topic.

Just like how Amelia Earhart was proven to be capture by the Japanese due to the recently found photo. I mean it even had a documentary made for tv so it must be true . . . o wait.

The series was fluff-bait by the same type of crew that made a slew of alien, templars, etc. "documentaries" with little facts and often with "experts" with titles from diploma mills.

Aha, well I didn´t know exactly which one it was. Someone told me to watch something like that :)

Hunting Hitler was actually a two-season series, with a third season going into production (apparently, they found enough evidence to support another complete season).  I found it to be a very intriguing series......worth a watch if you're a history buff.

The link that the OP refers to shows documentation that was already shown in the show, so this isn't exactly breaking news.  I believe this stuff was declassified in 2015.

In the end Hitler was a addicted to drugs in very poor mental and physical health, he died that day as reported

we are living in an age were people make stuff up for no other reason than to make stuff up ...this is one of them and yes Elvis is dead also on that day as reported

We live in an age where in a few countries it is allowed to think differently.
I find it interesting with some of the theories people come up while using facts, or using half the fact. It is upon ourselves what we do with it.

I think you are oblivious when you think that people only make stuff up for no reason. Misinformation is a big thing in elections nowadays.

We've known this for some time now. The book "Hunting Hitler" and the TV series based off if it just brought it to the public eye and buried any shred of doubt.

There’s always a reason, notoriety, money

the fact is if there was no reason for a conspiracy someone would invent one

there is an absolute truth here muddied by time, people with vested interests and not

but if you put all that aside there is one thing for sure .. he’s long dead a fitting place for him

Conspiracy theories abound about almost everything. As a competent professional investigator (who does historical forensic analysis in addition to real time stuff for living, which may in some cases end up in court), my advice is to take anything in the mass media with a grain of salt, no matter who airs, posts, or prints it. Dig and get real facts first hand and draw your own conclusions. Most of this thread. LoL!

There is an amusing book called "Look Who's Back"... check it out.  Its a what-if he came back in the present day.  There's a movie on it as well.  Funny stuff.

I truly hope it's not true...from a media standpoint Hitler only had 1 positive thing going for him...he killed Hitler.
