Quick question about the October Rev's CCCP Camo

Hey all, just wanted to know for sure if that really loud CCCP "Red October" premium camo for the October Revolution is earnable in-game. I've seen some posts that say that it's available through another mission you can do, but I've already earned the ship and don't see any other tasks or challenges. Am I just missing something like an idiot?
