Rewards not Appearing

Two issues:

1)  Completed the Halloween Mission on the Public Test Server, but no rewards appeared on my liver server.  That was over 24 hour ago.

2)  Referred my Dad, and he worked his way up to T6 as required for us both to get rewards.  (Nice to be retired).  No rewards have appeared over 24 hours later.

Do I need to be patient or is there a glitch/issue?

6. insert information on what's going on including your account name and your father's account name

7. Submit ticket.

8. Wait for a email showing that they responded to your ticket. Continuously responding to your ticket without them responding will throw it to the bottom of the queue

Hi im LordViper90,

Ive been doin the event for the new OKT revolution ship, since it started ive been getting the missions done every week, but since the last mission poped up in the last update it seems to be bugged. I have been playing non stop for 4 days and gotten 5-6 matches in a row with 1600 base XP, my mission is bugged is there any help for this? I have already reinstalled the game so just curious does this mean im not getting the ship?
