But is that because of the algorithm or because there are too many high tier players (or vice versa, too many low tiers)? It could come down to what the server population is playing. Since this change went through, we've had both sides arguing pro's and con's to both. The con's never really made sense to be, because they'll say it will increase wait times. That pretty much B.S as no one really knows what exactly will happen. We didn't have problems with wait times with +0/-0, and even now with +2/-2.
