Yep, but that's ok since It's primarily a gunboat. Use the torps for surprise ambushes and suicide charges - you can murder anything in its tier spread from full health with those torps, and you lay enough of them to deny an area. Because gameplay at low tiers is just as ridiculous as the ship itself. Okhotnik in a nutshell: The Alpha King -> 1-shotting BBs with shimakaze salvos @4km -> 2-shotting cruisers with AP citadel salvos @5km -> 3-shotting DDs with brutal HE salvos @6km And alpha = fun. People went nuts in match when they saw a full Okhotnik torpedo spread coming at them. Okhotnik is very dangerous in the DD fight if she can anticipate the fight, drop torps ahead of time. This forces the other DD to panic as they try not to get hit. All through this, you're ripping them with the many guns on the ship. That said, do be careful in a DD vs DD fight. Okhotnik is very long and turns like s--t. Play it wrong and you can eat torpedoes very easily. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
