No more complementing or reporting in game?

I went to open the menu today, and it just says "No actions". 

 

I missed where this was changed. WHY was it changed?

I complimented someone just 2 hours ago. So not sure why you didn't have the option.

Really? That's even more odd cause it was working 2 days ago for me.

There's always been a time limit after a battle in which to compliment/report a player. Once that limit has passed, you can no longer compliment/report. Previously, this means that right click context menu was disabled. In the recent patch, right click is no longer disabled (so you can open a private channel, add to contacts/blacklist, etc) but the option to compliment/report is still disabled.

It's happening while the game is still in progress, you can't select a player to compliment/report.

At least the last few times I've tried.

Maybe you used up all your compliments/reports?

Gawd I hope they do get rid of it all mostly players ability to chat ban. I fricken hate it why even have an Ignore button if you can chat ban right??

It's probably all of both have been used and you have no options left, or just a bug.

Bug, happen to me also a few times. It happen in battle or after it. Sometimes only for one battle, sometimes for hours.

Never had an issue with reporting both in game and immediately afterward as of this week.

Was working last night.  Complimented a friendly Russian DD who shadowed me and smoked while we pushed an undefended flank in my October Revolution.  Then later worked when I did a few "plays poorly" for a friendly Colorado who decided to push my Fiji out of my smoke 3 times in a row
