Basically:
 

Conqueror
- Repair party I consumable recharge time is increased from 120 to 180 seconds;
- Repair party II consumable recharge time is increased from 80 to 120 seconds;
- Detectability range is increased from 14,76 km to 15,66 km;
- Detectability range while firing from smoke screen is increased from 15,85 km to 16,69 km.

Lion
- Repair party I consumable recharge time is increased from 120 to 180 seconds;
- Repair party II consumable recharge time is increased from 80 to 120 seconds.

Yes, but it doesn't fix the sail broadside and not get punished mentality, had a guy ground in front at less than 10Km from me last game, I had 4 clean salvos into his broadside for 41 hits and 86K damage dealt and he still sailed away with 30K health.

Finally have evidence that the Conqueror isn't as effective against cruisers and is more a BB counter.  I can't even count how many arguments on reddit I got into about that.

Release OP ship....  $$$......  begin to nerf OP ship.....  

Release next OP ship......  rinse and repeat.

 

Their timing is about right, just got the tier 8 through regular grinding.

looking at the stats in the rest of the post, you could say Average survival rate & Average lifetime are indicative of the way you have to play the ship, thus you would expect their Average survival rate & Average lifetime to be higher, because they spend more time further back, which itself has a knock-on effect on the size of target that you will mainly go after like BB's, that in the main are harder to kill thus the lower Average number of ships destroyed.

Neither of these ships are OP compared to the other tier 9 and 10 BB stats. Not in WR, damage, XP, etc. I've tried both on test server and I'm not sure what all the hype is about. I did better in my Kurfurst

Again, it's not the stats of the ships that requires them to be looked at.  As far as a nerf is concerned, this is spot-on (and unusually soft-handed for WG) in terms of what they need.

 

The problem with Conqueror and the U.K. BB line as a whole is their poor contribution to the meta because of how much WG buffed their HE.
