Yamamoto was an Admiral (among other titles).  Yamato was a ship. And yes..18.1in diameter guns.  HMS Furious is second with 18in.

If you go by diameter of bore, yes.  The next closest was the British 18"/40 caliber (45.7 cm) Mark I,  There was a staggering 3 mm difference in bore diameter in favor of the Japanese 46 cm/45 (18.1") type 94.  The British 18" guns were used on a few vessels.  One on HMS Furious, where it was discovered the ship was not suitable for the gun, and then it and the other barrels were put on the monitors Lord Clive and General Wolfe.  In terms of weight of shell however, the British guns fired a heavier projectile than the Japanese type 94.  The Japanese used the APC Type 91 - 3,219 lbs. as their heviest projectile, the British had 3,320 pound projectiles and were rated for projectiles of up to 4,000 pounds(none were manufactured if my sources are correct).

So, in terms of bore, the Japanese were the biggest naval guns, in terms of shell weight the British had the biggest.  For comparison, the US navy superheavy 16" shells weighed in at a puny 2,700 pounds.

Biggest guns actually made, Most of the Naval powers had plans for larger and if the war went on for much longer many of these plans would have become a reality.

The british 18 inch was not really ever used that much, and when installed on the monitors it was fixed, they could only elevate the gun. So in practical terms the biggest and most used were the 18.1 of the IJN but most other navies were between 15-16 inches.

That ship was a monster and it probably will be in WoWS.

Not probably but certainly. Yamato has been confirmed by the developers. :)
