WGC File Type

What is it besides how the WGCheck report is stored? Did WG make it? Any other discussions about it?

Note sure what the question is....  If it is in the file system for the game and uses Wargaming extension (which would make sense WGC) then it is an extremely safe bet it is created by the game.  Very likely encrypted and frankly - nothing to really discuss about it.
