You simply uninstall the game, reformat your hard drive, and leave your computer in a dark closet for a few years. During that time you could learn to draw or imagine less creepy images, learn to play "Wack-a-mole", and build a really big kiln to mass produce ashtrays. Problem solved. He's a special event captain with custom voice commands and bonuses to Expert Marksman and the shell changing skill (forgot the name).
