 I am not sure what is going on with the new forum but I am not able to get any notifications at email.  I Follow a topic, and no matter how I set for notifications, I do NOT get any notifications.  I want it set to email.    When I check my settings it's all correct.

Anyone else having this Issue?

Not too sure what's going on. I'll follow this topic and see if it sends me an email after a day.

 

Did you get emails from content you followed back on the old version of the forums?

No, I'm not getting emails at all.   If I make a purchase at the premium shop I get my email within seconds,  so there is no issue with the email.   I've checked my profile over and my settings and just don't get it.

Just to confirm, are you selecting a "One email per..." option when following a topic?

I followed this topic with the "One email per day" option and got an email, but it was sent to my Junk Email section.

The first notification is via the webpage - not email,.  The email options are once a day or once a week.  For the folks not getting the email - have you set it for the once a day or the once a week email?

 Yes, I have tried  them all except 'do not send'  and it is not working. I do not receive my mail in junk mail, I do not receive it at all.  I am simply not receiving notifications.

I just got the new email with the new content which was my post in email this morning.  So the background process is working/running and you are sure it is going to the correct email and you are checking the correct mail account?

That's really weird. If the issue persists, try contacting Wargaming Support with a detailed ticket. Maybe they can check to see why emails aren't getting through, or if they're being sent to a different email address.

After reading this thread I have realized the forum actually has tools I can use, but I'm still to lazy to learn how to use them.
