But ok, I suppose the Bismarck would be it with her 11.3 km secondary range and 19-pt captain. I take her out as first BB of the day and ritualistically play Holst's 'Mars Bringer of War.' Not as comfortable in the Khab because the thing always attracts way too much unwanted attention. Graf Spee (the regular one, not the high school girls version), and the stealth-spec'ed New Orleans. If I had to pick one, though, it would be the Kiev, with the Tashkent being a very close second. Used to be comfortable in mid and high-tier US DDs. Not anymore, though. Not with recent updates.
