I have not seen this posted by WGNA portal and this is what I could find on the RU WOWS announcement page Quote New update 0.6.11.1 Updated. The technical work is completed. Dear players, September 27 from 5:00 to 6:30 (GMT) in connection with the work on the update release 0.6.11.1 the server was unavailable. Update size: ~60 MB. List of changes: Fixed a bug where the visibility of the ships when shooting a minor caliber was the same as when firing the main fire. In the record add a picture-preview video for the 15th account level. Fixed a bug that led to crash of the interface in the game client in the Port after the time of the demobilization of the commander. I guess the WoWS YouTube Channel and team Rubicon announcements are more important . And besides I would label the update section better than "Check out the update" for more information.
