When it was first introduced, I got it. There was a 'special' challenge that was something like, "Show up for a battle for +100% Cmdr XP". Basically.. Thats really good i can get around 60k max but my duca is always right in the kill zone due to its speed. Ie brawling with warspites at under 1km lol. No skill? Well, yes and no. A unskilled player is going to take a long time to get to 19 due to earning low amounts of XP. A higher skill player will get there much faster. OP congrats!
