That if they died or the end the game while being with in a certain range of dead center of an objective. That service cost is less. Exact numbers I leave up to the devs but that is the general idea of it. If players are less worried about cost even in a loss, it will make for more interesting game. I'm not a passive player, but neither am I a hyper aggressive one either. And I don't want hyper-aggressive attitudes ruining the game.
