One U.S. territory, the island of Puerto Rico, is struggling after three catastrophic hurricanes slammed it. 1.6 million people are without power, supplies are running low, the conditions have been described as "apocalyptic". If anyone here has friends or relatives in Puerto Rico, I truly hope they are safe and sound, either on the island or evacuated.
