I have heard the some think that there r to many BBs. Now I must say BBs r my favorite, however I have a suggestion I think and hope wargaming will do. I think the ship lines need to be diversified.

Have the lines in this way

Aircraft Carrier, Battleships, Battlecruisers, Heavy Cruisers, Cruisers, Light Cruisers, Frigates, Destroyers (Destroyer Escort, Destroyer, Escort). Break it up and u can get more ships, plus a more diversified fleets and game play.

Let me know what u guys think (BE NICE)

The cruisers are already diversified, some nations have both types of cruisers, others only one. USN is supposed to be having a sub-line of light cruisers. (there are only light and heavy cruisers in the WW2 era, just plain cruisers are all Tier 2-4 cruisers, except for armored cruisers like St. Louis or Bogatyr) The problem with trying to add a specific type of cruiser line for each nation is that some nations didn't build enough of a type to make anywhere a full line.

We already have some battlecruisers, (mostly premium) and will likely get more at some point.

Frigates and anything else smaller than destroyers are not useful in-game, as they were intended for patrol work and ASW duties instead of antishipping, which they are too fragile, slow, and undergunned for.

The more lines we get, and the harder the devs have to dig to come up with new ships, the more diversity we'll see.

What I think is that you should fully spell out "are".

Secondly, Frigates are not battle fleet warships.  In WW2, they were strictly convoy escorts.  Also, they were really just slightly oversized Corvettes.  Also, USN "Destroyer Escorts" (DE) were just frigates and corvettes by another name.  And then there were "Escort Destroyers" (DDE), which were real Destroyers that were modified for fleet (not merchant convoy) escorting duties, with additional anti-air and anti-submarine weaponry.  DDE's were battle fleet warships, but they don't seem like they have a useful role in this game because, there are no subs to hunt and when push comes to shove, whatever anti-air capabilities they might have, they would never match the raw anti-air firepower of a cruiser, let alone a Battleship.

Third, there are no warships that are merely "cruisers", at lest by the time you get past WW1.  By that time, they were either Light or Heavy Cruisers.  Before WW1, there was a different cruiser type paradigm.  Protected cruisers and Armored Cruisers, where the difference was the amount of armor they mounted.  IIRC, "protected cruisers" only carried enough armor to cover their internal citadel spaces.  OTOH, "armored cruisers" mounted significantly more armor in the form of an armored belt, similar to battleships.
