PTS - 6.11 Two Bugs

When I was playing earlier today, both my Fletcher and Gearing showed different concealment in port (5.8km and 5,.9km) than they showed in battle (6.1km).

Also, now the game won't even load...here is the error message I get as soon as I press "Play": (the regular game still loads as usual)

I noticed the concealment issue, too.
