For me yes the weekend worked out well as i played 52 matches between Friday and Saturday and won 37 of them to a tune of 71%

I got 2 Corgi kills

I did not play any British BB's  i watched Business6 play them and decided i am good i do not need one right now

I lost another match to Kombat_Wombat and his team which is becoming a recurring theme of late lol

I managed to accumulate enough free xp  to obtain Izumo which i never plan to play but by the time i have admiral Yamamoto i should have the Yammy

I also completed all my missions so patiently waiting on the next batch.

All in All it was a very good weekend and hope everyone else had the same

bot t4 and t5 upgraded fully.    started the t5 grind.  they are OP though. :D

only played few matches, but won most, so no problem.    going up slowly.

No corgi for me, the closest that I got was saving a friendly corgi with smoke from the lo yang I got from a super container on Saturday.

I have run like a 140 matches as Captain_Corgi_232 and given away a ton of WG's gold. Haven't played my own account yet this weekend. (I think you killed me once Gunstar)

i Know one of my Corgi kills was a Midway and the other was either a Alabama or a shima if i recall right.

I also want to show much appreciation to all the Corgi players who put in endless hours so that we all could have the chance for some rewards.

I know one Corgi last night said he/she had been playing for 15 hours straight and that was at around 5.am eastern time for me

I have a great weekend. The premium time that WG gave, including camo and flags allowed me to grind past the emerald, myogi and Wyoming...

 

Still at the Bellerophon and it's a great ship.

Had a good laugh today when a Nelson tried backing out from between a couple of rocks presumably to take a shot at my Nagato which was only about 10km apart from each other. Only trouble was unlike other ships that can slide in and out of cover thanks to having rear guns the Nelson guns were way at the other end of his ship. Must say the Citadel hits were fun when he was exposing his broadside quite nicely except the part with his guns. Then he hastily pulled pack into the rocks with his HP near dead.

I unlocked the Bellerophon, tried it out but had a bad game in it (normal since I haven't played in over 3 months, and I get rusty rather quick).
I also changed my settings to accommodate my 3440x1440 screen and tested the Mikasa for those glorious new graphical effects.

Decent week-end, nothing special.

A bunch of good, bad streaks in the weekend.  However, due to the events running, I was able to grind a YOOOGE amount of ShipXPs on Saint-Louis.  I finished the last bit of grinding today to finally get to Tier X with the line.

 

My Dive Mate also had been grinding a while on FDG and finished getting his GK this past weekend.  Fun stuff with him brawling with some hapless schmuck using GK's 420s and 11.6km secondaries setting them ablaze, with my Conqueror behind them pouring Royal Navy Issued HE Shells for extra entertainment.  It was fun knocking out people's secondaries for him as they tried to brawl.

Only Corgi I ran into took the long way with no contact and hid behind an island the whole game, did little for their team and apparently didn't want to brawl to dish out a reward to the community, so be it, what happens when you get randoms to fill gaps. Got tired of seeing nothing but RN BBs so went and did a few T8 premiums and then stayed in Killer Whale scenario. A typical weekend for me minus that one corgi that made me shake my head. Glad others got better corgis, mind you I wasn't playing to get into their focus times just playing the ships I felt like between 30min cooldowns on my scenario boats.

Some of the worst teams and most self centered players I've had in a very long time, a lot of people just floating around shooting at everything except what they were suppose to and then there was the amount of torp dodging that took place, people will never learn that when your torps only travel 6km, you do not shoot them from 10 km away and be on the outside parameter of your team mates, just silly!

Technically.... I got back on for the first time in months to play 3 rounds with clan mates. Won all three of them. The two that I survived, I did well above average in damage and kills.

 

But... the second round I played, I got detonated by the first shell that hit me. I am still salty about that. I was about ready to ALT+F4 after that and take another 2 month break.

Oh imagine seeing a teammate get run down by a YOLO rushing Atlanta from 12km and the Atlanta still makes it to drop torpedoes into them to kill them.  The quality of play had been exquisite.

Nope and nope played a bit and ughhhh so will wait till the RN BB furor dies off then give it another run.

 

l suppose l'm not the only one but when you can play many games with your team rarely capturing a single cap or ignoring yours and sailing off in a lemming train etc, etc.

ln my case l seem to get frustrated and then try to do to much or hang it out there a little too much trying anything to move the needle but it never works l'm learning to just quit now instead of soldiering on.

Well its time to just say nahhh take a break and see you in a week.
