I'm here today to purpose a perfect Cleveland. I have done a little research, and I have chosen USS Oklahoma, CL 91, to be my vote as a T5 (or 6, Ill let WG make that choise) Premium Cleveland. Yes, we already have the Cleveland, and she's already fantastic, but when she gets shot at, she cant take a hit very well, she cant handle fire from a BB, witch is good, that's how it should be, but from other cruisers, that's a different story. Id like our ship here, Oklahoma, to be the perfect Cleveland, one that has heal, better armor (not to better), 7 sec reload on the guns, and even better AA rating, making her the perfect Cleveland in the game. But Captain, we already have the Cleveland? Yes we do, but the UK has a premium Leander (Perth), why cant we have a premium Cleveland? If you agree with, help me push this into WGs ear, this ship, in my opinion, deserved to be in the game, she has more battle stars than you can shake a stick at! PS: WG, I'm not asking for radar for the ship, for I feel that would be a little to over-powered, but I wont complane if you give it to her. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Von Hipper, the Hipper Skipper, is (as usual) spot on in his diagnosis of the situation, so you won't be successful lobbying for OKC to be a tier 6 premium Cleveland. What you need to do is start lobbying for OKC to be a tier 8 Cleveland premium, much better chance of success. And hey! @Admiral_Franz_von_Hipper, cool new avatar! (Are you a secret Star Wars fan!)
