Attention, Corgi 175 Needs You!

Greetings captains!

So NikoPower UNFAIRLY DRAFTED ME (ok no not really, I volunteered) into the Corgi Fleet! So my article on the Black Rock Flag will hit the back burner and be released next week because this weekend we are CRANKING UP THE HEAT!

So due to the buzz of the Corgi Fleet and the desire to be in combat with one, I got some special stuff coming out of my own generosity, we are going to be giving away some Albany's this weekend!

So there are 3 ways to win an Albany during the Corgi Event this weekend.

 

(By the way, the ship give away is a contest I am running myself, it is not affiliated with Wargaming in any way, shape, or form.) 

 

CONTEST #1: CORGI GUARD!!!
That is right! Many want to be a corgi guard? Well now is your chance to have it happen! Join this discord https://discord.gg/xEtDE3E And ask to div! We will rotate out with others wanting to the chance. Ever person who div's will be put into a random drawing for the ship!

CONTEST #2: WRITE ME A POEM
Yep! Poetry! Write a poem about Corgi's! If you can't play this weekend, at least you can try to write a poem about the forums #1 Dog breed, corgi's! The poem must be at least 5 sentences long and at minimum 5 words in length per sentence.

CONTEST #3: WRITE ABOUT A HARD WORKER!
Labor Day is actually a holiday to celebrate people's hard work and dedication to their jobs. Back in the day, being a worker in a factory was more dangerous than being a soldier, considering you were up in the face of a machine and had little room to work, but a hell of a lot of ways to get killed. Now a day's being a worker is not as dangerous as it once was. Write a small quip about someone in your life who worked a hard job and provided for you in ways you may still not understand, but still to this day you love their sacrifices for you.

RULES OF THE CONTESTS: 

1. You can enter in all 3, but once you are picked, you can not win again. 
2. Order of judgment and selection will be Contest 1, 2, and 3. If you win contest 1, you can't win 2 and 3, and if you win 2, you can't win 3.
3. All Guards must at all times be sportsmanlike in their conduct. The Corgi Fleet event is all about having fun! Thus, please do not make rude comments to either the team or opposing team. It's not cool in the first place.
4. You may either get an Albany or 1,000 doubloons, whichever you perfer. 

5. All writings must not be plagiarized. I will run these things through a checker for such cheating.

6. Please PM me your writings. All of them will be posted in spoilers on this thread. Judgement will happen this comming wendesday.
 

GENERAL INFO ON THE CORGI FLEET EVENT:

1. Corgi fleet captains are identified by the name Captain_Corgi_###
2. They will always say "Attention: A Corgi Fleet Captain has arrived. Prizes for the Captain who sinks me. TK's don't count." at the beginning of each match.

3. Corgi's have been asked to not shoot other corgi's unless it is tatically necessary. The goal is to have others shoot at us, not our own.

I'd join the poetry contest, but for the moment I'm still trying to suppress very angry screaming, so any possible poetry I write will probably have a large chunk of it be about my feelings, mainly consisting of "****", "****" and "**** **** ************* ***** ***** ************* **** ***************".

As far as comments go I tend to joke around, but working on my temper at bad players so I just stick to "yep, those are bad players. Wish they'd get better" in my head since yelling at others online is just gonna make me angrier.

Labour day is a memorial day to mourn those who have lost their lives while at work. It still is more dangerous than being a soldier, for example in 2015 over 4300 workers lost their lives on the job in the US, thats 13 PER DAY!
