I just purchased the Oleg last night and I imagine she'll be fun to drop my Bogatyr captain into for some Co-op matches. Wouldn't want to play her in randoms. Wouldn't hold your breath on that one. I recall reading a WG statement saying they won't implement permanent camos below T5. Then again, anything can change if the bills have to be paid.
