WoWS 2nd anniversary is coming...

Let's guess what we would get this year.

 

Last year, aside from missions and discounts, we got bulk amount of Dragon Flags (+333% crew xp) based on number of battles and T10 ships we held in the port, which was extremely nice.

What do we get this year?

Maybe a set of various dragon flags like last year? <- this is my guess

Maybe a set of missions for long-discussed October Revolution?

Maybe long lost Kitakami?

Special anniversary camos? Permanent flags?

I think we'll get all of this stuff, the anniversary camos is a definite yes. The permanent flag will probably be a flag like last year that grants no bonuses but celebrates the anniversary, this year it will be a second anniversary flag.

Maaaaaan, I was gonna scream and shout about getting the Albany for the Anniversary! lol.  But now that it's in store, I really don't want anything else.  My life is complete <3

Not for random match but maybe a special game mode (like April fool) that everyone would join it as Kitakami...12 kitakami vs 12 kitakami.

Would be fun to look at for a couple times, as well as would be a good way to teach everyone why Kitakami is not coming back.

Oh, and that would be a benchmark for one's computer.

Unless it a last minute update and or some hidden event or surprise event not listed on the September Calendar, then so far that all I can see. I was hoping for more and was saving up for this anniversary day/date

De-fanged Iwaki's and Arkansas's are far more likely to happen than the Kitakami with should come with irremovable pink camo if it is ever released into the wild.

Yeah, I start thinking this could happen, too.

I can't recall the detail, but I remember WG has mentioned they would eventually release Iwaki and Arkansas, without "alpha""beta" tags.

Maybe my memory deceived me and the statement could be WG would never release them as normal premium...

I merely want a 2nd anniversary flag.  Anything else will be welcome, but free stuff is good, so no complaints here no matter what it may or may not be.

They will never be released in their alpha and beta forms which is why I said de-fanged. The Iwaki would likely lose 10 Km torps in favor of 6 or 8 Km versions and the Arkansas would lose its extra upgrade slots. I have no problem with this as long as any versions released to the general public are different.

I have been wondering/waiting myself for this too, I liked how they aproached the reward flags last year, the more you played and grinded, the more rewarded you get. (I know, some botters hit the jackpot then)

 

it should be adressed the same this year IMO. Keeping it simple, just a celebration between players and WG-NA, mutual gratitude, its not hard to keep the comunity happy.

Well the torps may or may not need a nerf, but the Ark is fine the way it is with those mod slots.

Unfortunately, it looks like it's going to be like April Fools day. 1 day of Premium and 15 anniversary camos for playing a single game. Per the calendar, here's the sales - 

 

"Discounts on Premium consumables, various ship classes and tiers, Port slots, Elite XP to Free XP conversion, plus Sims bundles!"

 

So unless they're doing some sort of extended mission, looks like nothing much.
