Ram damage apparently counts as light damage.

nelson heal (RNBB heal) recovers pretty much 100% light damage, and half health in one charge.

Equip ram flag, ram something, heal to half in one charge, full in second.

Easy every time.

And people say there is nothing wrong with British battleships being added. I would like to know how much in rent people pay per month for the rock's they stick there heads under sometimes.....

Honestly consider how often you will be able to:

1: ram something

2: have enough HP to live

3: not get shot at by anything else to heal

 

Sure, when you clear those conditions it's hilarious to think about ramming another battleship and going right back to 100% life in 2 minutes, but the situations in which you'll be able to use it is not very often.

But, it's interesting in the case of Nelson. if you get into CQC with another battleship, if you maintain your HP you can just ram them and continuing on rather then let them get behind you for your weak rear citadel. It's still hard to maintain the necessary HP to live that ram though.

Full disclosure, he wasn't very happy. The Gaede almost ruined us too.

Still seems entirely too situational to be truly useful the amount of hp lost during rams is stupid high.

it is, but if you manage to survive with say ~10k, and you heal 1500 a second for 20 seconds, with 100% heal you are back on 40k in 20 seconds.
