Graf Spee is worthy and I like her too.

 

Although my best time involving a Graf Spee happened when I was playing Scharnhorst.  The Graf Spee came up to me and tried to out-Scharnhorst the Scharnhorst.  I quickly taught him that nobody Scharnhorsts better than Scharnhorst.

Graf Spee's guns are nearly cruiser-accurate, even at max range.  Sure, three fewer barrels but much more consistent than the guns on the Scharnhorst, and they're surprisingly effective against battleships.

I enjoy T10. Don't listen to the people who cry about it being too passive or not fun.  They just haven't figured out how T10 works yet.

 

Everything is deadly. Everything.  This means more maneuvering and quick fights as opposed to the low tier pillow fights where you shoot something 100 times and it's still kicking. If Moskva shoots something 100 times it's dead. Barring a T10 BB with fire prevention, a smart captain and good RNG.

Me, too.  Spending plenty of time there recently now that I have nice comfortable credit buffer and can easily afford it.  In fact, I've surprised myself by making a net gain over time, even on welfare mode.

 

Bad decisions and errors of judgement are swiftly punished, no matter what class of boat, so usually you see the more interested players surviving into the mid and late game.

Inconsistent gunnery and as a Tier VI, she gets to say "Hi" frequently to some REAL BBs in the tiers, a number of whom are the most played ships in the entire game.  Bismarck, North Carolina, Scharnhorst herself, etc.

 

Graf has better dispersion than Scharnhorst, but Graf only has 6 guns total and she doesn't truly have Cruiser dispersion.  She is the Gneisenau of the Cruiser World.

well OP asked for a CRUISER for BB mains,if you want to deteriorate scharnhost to the cruiser role go on.

Too bad Hindenburg wasn't a bigger Roon with 11 inch guns instead of 8. Imagine 3 on the bow 6 on the stern, 283s. Could of been a fun design
