I used to write it "Malchore" but too many people mispronounced the name so I spelled it as it should be pronounced. Anyways, hello. My question is...is a premium account worth it? I spent $15 to get 3000 deblooms, which I don't consider a lot of money for a new game that has potential for me to get into. Most of my time I play The Division, but I started playing WoWS because "Tech Deals" on Youtube plays it a lot in his videos so I thought I'd check it out. It looked kinda fun. Add a low tier premium ships such as the Konig Albert or the Tachibana as great starter ships for training helps too. Enjoy the game and see you on the seas. It helps build up you credit base, the higher the tier the higher the cost of the ships.

Is it worth it or not is really something you are going to have to answer for yourself. What it does is it gives a 50% increase to XP and Credits earned. (the extra credits are very helpful at the top tiers. Can be the difference between loosing and making money. I would suggest playing some more before you decide if you want to drop real money on the game or not. Be forewarned though, once you buy, and get used to playing on Premium Time, you're probably are not going to want to play without it.

I have a lot of premium time cause I bought in bulk and got a great deal, but I didn't run premium for a long time. I found buying a premium ship was a more worthwhile use of money as opposed to premium time. Any who, welcome to the game and to the forum. It's a very good resource and I strongly recommend premium account for high tier play, but you're not at high tiers yet. Instead, consider a premium ship, a permanent investment. Anyways, I'd play with the standard account for a while, then get a day or two of premium. Dip your toe in the waters of premium time before you go all in. BTW there are a few good ways of getting premium time in game. Namely leveling up and the Science of Victory campaign. Even if you decide it's not worth money you can still get your hands on some. Grab premium time as you get to mid to high tier ships as this really helps a lot. Have fun out there.

4,678 [O_O] desmo_2 Members 7,988 posts 23,062 battles Report post #12 Posted August 15, 2017 I won 90 days of premium time in a Christmas event container I purchased for a few bucks. My gains in silver, Free XP and ship XP over that period really impressed upon me how premium time can ease some of the grind time. However, I don't like the idea of premium time wasting away when I am not playing for days at a time. So, if I have a day off and am going to play quite a bit, I'll buy a day of premium time for doubloons. It may be more expensive that way, but I am only using it when I can actually play. Premium time is a good idea, especially if you like the game and are going to keep playing. My advice, watch popular youtubers (NoZoupForYou, iChase, Notser, theMightyJingles and flamu are just a few). Dont hesitate to ask questions. The forum here is full of super bright people that have a ton of excellent and valuable advice. Good luck, and fair seas! B
