Same email, same password but why 02 different account players in 02 different PCs

What's happened?

I installed WOWS in my home PC for year and been playing with my own login information.

Yesterday, I installed WOWS in my company PC and I logged in with the same login information as said above. I though that I could continue playing my current ships with current level I'd gained at home, but infact no, WOWS gave me a complete new player with all 0 ( XP and coin).

Why? Anyone please explain it to me?!

All I want is THE SAME GAME, PC here or there are just tools to play.

Note: I stay in Asia,  2 PCs are not far from each other

My understanding is you should be able to do what you want. 

Better double check a few things, like making sure that it is infact the same login info, and that they are for the same server too.

Try the customer support. This sounds like something they can help you with.

I've just done followed by your guide, but it was still in problem. Now I am with my company PC, tonight I will inspect more with my home PC.

Where did you download both of the games from? And what login server does it state for both computers? Take a screenshot of the page where you log-in (Without your username and password being visible obviously), or take a screenshot of the port for both computers.

It sounds like you might be on 2 different servers like Asia, North America, EU etc. If you register on a different server you start like it was your first day. make sure you are using the server that you first registered on. If you put in Aslain.com WOW mod pack you can switch the servers at the game launch page if you choose that mod.

I downloaded WOWS for my home PC from here: https://worldofwarships.com/ ( is it the Wargaming's official site?). Yesterday I also download from it ( but I was not sure the Setup file was the same)

But because of your hint, I now realize something wrong among two game interface. Here in screenshot of my company PC, I will come back home to update you later on screenshot of home PC. I now realize that the servers indicated was different among 02 PCs:

Company PC: WOWS NA while Home PC is WOWS ASIA. 

Company PC: player name is dmd6975 while Home PC is dmd_hn ( same email and same password)

I dont know anything......

Your guide sounds like a solution, I am in suspect this issue. So, I may redownload the setup file from Asia site that solve the problem. thank you, I'll try it out

In this mod pack you can go down to settings and then #3 use all realms, You then can switch to any server. You are aware that this forum is for the NA server so if you usually play on the Asia server that would be the problem.

Yes and other mods too the one you are looking for is the last one you have to click next to see all of them you are looking for #3 under settings

You have to reinstall the mod pack every time there is an update for the game, you have to redownload and reinstall the updated mod pack.

I am so new to this mod!! Today I know it via you. So I confess that I dont dare to go next next next since you warned that Usually play with asia server may cause a problem..haha, anyway I will try. BTW, may I ask you if these mods somewhat are like mods used in Euro Truck Simulator 2? Mods of 3d models,  environment, weathers, gunfires, VFX...etc?

Its ok it doesn't load until the end and you can cancel it before it does. have fun!

I have to be sure what all the check boxes take what effect in game first. I'll make some tests

It shows what they do on the right but you only need the one to switch servers.

How do I deal with all the checkboxes? or just leave them blank except the box you said #3 to go the end of setting up?

just leave them blank you can go install ones you like at another time if you want. but for now just go to the end and check #3. then when you go to launch the game you can use the drop down box to switch servers. on the page where it says connect. You can then make accounts on all servers if you want to. but each one is like starting new. All of your ships should be on the one you used first. Signing off my friend good luck.

I have installed the mod you sent and went into login screen like this, in the dropdown menu ( down arrow) there's no WOWS ASIA ( only 4 of RU/EU/NA and SEA). I tried logging in the SEA but was kicked out. How do I do next? Almost there, but not completely there hahaha

which area did you play on first? you know the one at home was it the Asia server?

You could try them all once. of course the one your new account will still not have all of your ships. but at least two of them should work. make sure the password is right.

I made it, just logged out, logged in....the SEA. It's ok now, my friend. :) Now I have the same game content as played at home

Please give me the last advice:

- When home: I play it normally

- When here, in company: using down arrow to switch server.

It's safe and it should stay on that server unless you switch it. When they do an upgrade you have to upgrade the modpack too. that mod program is from World of Warships. save the link they update it after each upgrade. Nice to meet you have great games.
