O say can you see........Flags?

Tier 4-6 cruiser such as Svet or Cleveland.....what flags are good for performance?  What actually is best for these lower tier cruisers? Got a bunch of flags.  Trying to learn flagology. Do flags really help all that much?  Etc. blah blah.  Comments?

2 fire starting ones, but you want would want to run reduced detonation mod.

both Fire flags

 speed flag wouldn't hurt

AA flag (for cleveland)

Money and XP flags if you wanna boost that.

 

On low tier ships I don't always run with flags, let alone a full set.

Just play to a ships strengths.  It seems to me that flags are most useful on DD and BBs really.

20% more ship repair is great on a BB and Detonation flags are vital for DDs.
