Although I must admit, I got to Tier V in my US DD, with no CE, entered the world of the Kami/Gremy and WG introduced the great bloom effect at the same time. A month after finishing the Mogami it got buffed. After finishing the awful FurryTaco it got buffed 3 times. And 5 days after unlocking the Minotaur and the Grozovoi My laptop died to hard disk failure leaving unable to play warships. So I got nerf'd. The struggle is real yo. If it was any other ship I would expect a nerf bat hanging like the sword of Damocles... but it's the Khab the one destroyer that WG seems unwilling to nerf so I feel pretty safe.
