Torpedo Polishers may be aliens in disguise

And I'm over here wondering what he is using to polish the Torp or even why a torp would need to be polished?

Because in the above gif it doesn't look like he is polishing the torp. It looks like he has an unhealthy affection for that metal fish.

I'd assume it's to 1. Stop it from rusting and 2. Make it slide into the tubes easier
